I forgot to blog about something very important that happend in our lives! WE HAVE A WASHER AND DRYER! We couldn't be more excited about it! No more trips to the laundromat with our ziploc bag full of quarters (that can get expensive), no more wearing things 3 or 4 times without washing, and no more packing our laundry with us whenever we take a trip to Kaysville or Draper. YAY! We are so grateful to finally have a washer and dryer, it is so exciting to be able to do laundry in our little apartment. I never thought I would be this excited about being able to do laundry!

We haven't blogged for awhile. I think this is because we just feel like we are doing the same old, same old all the time. We go to school, do our large amounts of homework, go to work, and repeat. Since that is our usual pattern of things, I thought I would blog about something that is important to us...the Merrill-Cazier Library.

It is 11:30 pm on Monday night and we are in the library once again. Utah State has a very nice library, and we frequent here often. We were at the library for six hours yesterday (that was my bad....I just can't break my terrible habit of procrastinating). We both have connected our laptops to the University's wireless internet. This has been awesome to have! We are able to work on a lot more while we are here. Thank you Utah State for keeping your library open so late!

USU v. BYU

Last Friday night, the Jensen family (at least those of them that do not already live in Logan) came up to visit and to attend the BYU v. USU football game. It was a lot of fun to see them and to spend time with them at the game. It was especially fun watching Eric's brother Parker react to all of the jokes that were being made about his beloved Cougars. Althought BYU won the game, USU put up a good fight and performed better than we had anticipated. It was a really fun night!

Banana Pudding Shake

Today we went to Sonic during happy hour (where all drinks and slushes are half off), and we discovered a new yummy treat. We didn't really know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised! The banana pudding shake is our new favorite!

Yankees Stadium

We just wanted to give a shout-out to the historic Yankees stadium. The last game was played there just a few weeks ago. It was really fun to watch the game and see how much history has been made at the house that Ruth built. We are excited for the new stadium to open next season, and sad to see this classic stadium go. "I'd like to thank the good Lord for making me a Yankee." - Joe DiMaggio.
